Posting your order

There are just a few simple steps to follow to ensure I get your order:

 

Download and print the order form off (total 3 pages)Complete all the necessary boxesEnclose your paymentPop any vouchers and offer cards in with the order formFinally send to me using the address given on the form

I will email or phone on the day I receive your order just to let you know it has been received.

Using your phone

You can place your order over the phone providing you have a current credit or debit card, the cards I accept are:

I can also send you an invoice via PayPal.

You can phone between 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. If it goes to the answering machine please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I return.

Methods of payment

Cash - In person onlyCredit or debit card - By phone, post, online shop, in person or PayPalCheque - In person and post (allow 7 working days to clear)PayPal - I can send an invoice and there is the use of the online shop All card details written will be destroyed once payment has been put through secure server.

Postage costs UK

Depending on the final total of the order it will be sent using Royal Mail's 1st class Recorded delivery or Special next day; the price does include insurance and tracking and packaging.

Recorded delivery - £3.50

Special next day delivery - £5.50

If your order is £80 and over postage is free.

Postage costs worldwide

Just because you live miles away from the UK doesn't mean you can't place an order. The postage is slightly higher but your pieces will be sent via airmail and requiring your signature upon delivery at your door and is fully insured.

If you would like to opt for lower postage the parcel will not be tracked and the delivery time may vary. Contact me prior to placing an order and a new price will be given.

Outside of the UK - £7

If you order is £80 and over your postage is free.
