Bespoke Service
Do you have an idea that you would like to bring to life? or would like to own a unique piece? Whether it be a piece of jewellery or accessory then this service is for you no matter how small your budget. If you don't live in Suffolk don't worry you are able to receive a full service as you and I will be in contact via email, phone or post.
You and I will work closely together to ensure that I handcraft the piece(s) you want to proudly wear or use. If you are interested in using this service this is the plan to your piece;
- We will have an initial consultation and we will discuss all areas of your wishes, budget, the beads, crystals or silver for your piece, the design and other relevant matters. You are under no obligation to go ahead.
- After the first consultation I will put in writing my interpretation of your wishes, if its correct and you wish for me to go ahead I will require 50% as a non returnable deposit to purchase the materials.
- If you need to see samples you will receive in the post.
- If you are leaving me to design your piece I will email or post sketches and we can adapt as necessary.
- Once you are happy with the materials and design I will give you are costing and if you are happy with the final price I will then go ahead to handcraft your order.
- You will receive email/postal updates throughout so you can see your piece progress.
- Before you pay the balance I will send you a photo of your piece to ensure you like what you see, if you do I will then require payment before posting or delivering.
Other relevant information;
- I will ask if you are happy for a photo of your piece to be put on the website for others to see, you can let me know at anytime.
- All pieces will be sent special next day delivery.
- If you are buying for a gift it will like all pieces arrive in a gift box and bag but they will receive a gift receipt and personalised letter explaining their piece(s).
- Your piece will be sent within 4 weeks, the average is 2 weeks.
