Making the necessary repairs to your piece.

Restringing
A restringing service is available, including freshwater pearls (with, or without traditional knotting). Should you wish to change the clasp or the length at the same time, this is also possible, and leftover beads can be turned into matching earrings if desired. Please contact me for more information and an idea of prices.

Re-design
If you have some beads you love, in a piece of jewellery you don't, a re-design service is available to turn them into something different and fresh. Necklaces, bracelets and earrings work particularly well, and I can do something as change the order of the beads.

If you would like to use any of these services a non returnable deposit is required of £20, which also covers the cost of extra materials required for your piece. If the final total comes to under £20 the difference will be refundable if over the deposit amount the balance will need to be paid before postage.

Along with your piece(s) please include a cheque made payable to Romilly Norman and a small note giving me your instructions/wishes. It is recommended that you send the item to me by recorded or special delivery. Your item will be returned by recorded delivery. Should you wish the extra security of Special Delivery, this is also possible.
