Postage and Delivery
Items will be sent out within a week of payment unless told otherwise. I always obtain proof of postage. If you are from the UK, your jewellery will be sent via 1st class Recorded or Special Delivery. Outside of the UK a signature is required upon delivery. If you spend £80 GBP or over your postage will be free.Your Order
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us undamaged and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price (not including postage). We are not liable for any postage costs incurred by you when returning unsuitable items to us. In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please return is to us in the original packaging, within 28 days from receipt, for a full refund. Any postage costs incurred by you in returning faulty items to us will also be refunded.Orders can be placed online securely using PayPal, phone, email, or by post.Please make any cheques payable to Romilly Norman, detailing your address on the reverse, and post to the address on the contacts page.
